Season 2...the quest for confirmation
Apr 3 2009, 6:00 PM EDT
While I am loathe to believe everything that Wikipedia has to offer at face value, I saw that on Wikiepedia they believe that if there is a second season, then it would be on Sundays at 10:00 instead of Thursdays at 10:00.Hopefully this is not true, because it seems a good way to kill a show. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Yeah, it's in a comfy time slot right now with the CSI lead in.

Well, the evidence that is being laid out on the table now is that the first season was originally supposed to be about 13-episodes long, and then CBS ordered 5-more.Also, I think they are thinking of cancelling: Cold Case and Without a Trace, which could free up some different time slots. 2 out of 2 found this valuable. True. I'll be sorry to see Cold Case go, though.... I've watched from the beginning ......

I just checked it out, thanks for the link! Well, I hope the columnist was right about the fate of our show... I cringe when I see the comments from those that don't feel the show has earned a second season. One of the reasons I like the show so much is that it is actually intellectually stimulating, and I have learned a lot about "today's science" from Dr. Hood! I posted that over there.

Keep posting things, guys. Also, return to the CBS site daily and leave a message via the "User Feedback" link at the bottom. Several fans and I have been doing that now for a week or 2. Just asking questions about its renewal, the first season's availability on DVD or any other comment that shows our tremendous interest in the show. We have also used it to explain why we love the show from the stories and science to the awesome dynamic between Hood and Rachel. In addition, we are all sending CBS a watch, set on 11:00, with a note saying something witty such as "Counting the hours until Eleventh Hour is back". It can be an old watch of yours or whatever. Just make sure it stays on 11:00 and also remember to jot down that you are a huge fan that is awaiting the news of its renewal. Also, encourage CBS to donate the watch to charity. CBS address: Les Moonves President and CEO of CBS Corporation 51 West 52 Street New York, New York 10019 Please join us in this effort. It will be well worth it next year when we have our show back!! :) Just an update: Since I have been posting this info at other relevant sites, I have gotten many positive responses, feedback, encouragement, etc. from fans all over. Also, other websites have shown interest in helping out/writing about the campaign on their pages, etc. Let's keep going with this guys. The idea is to act now so we don't have to react later when it will be much harder. Keep it up!! Do you find this valuable? |

Come on guys, we are into the home stretch now. Get out there and do anything you can to make sure CBS keeps our show. And, just to make it easier, come back here EACH DAY and click the link below (or copy/paste) and leave Feedback:http://www.cbs.com/info/user_services/fb_global_form.php Thanks guys! We are almost there.... Do you find this valuable? |

Here's a link to some discussion about EH's chance for renewal on TV By The Numbers:http://tvbythenumbers.com/2009/04/20/hollywood-reporter-predictions-reaper-done-privileged-has-a-shot-dollhouse-50-50and-chuck/17047/comment-page-1#comment-80469 Do you find this valuable? |

Don't fret. This is actually 'old' compared to some other more positive articles. Also, the head guy from TVbythenumbers still thinks it is likely to get renewed.Either way, let's keep up the messages to CBS! 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

I was afraid of this happening........They haven't been promoting EH at all at CBS and Harper's Island precluded any chance for re-runs of Season1....... I hope I'm wrong........... Do you find this valuable? |

Right now CBS is busy picking up pilots for the new fall series. Next week we should start hearing the buzz about the fate of last season's series (the ones that didn't get an early pick-up).

We recently spoke to the creator of EH, Stephen Gallagher. He informed us that no decision had been made and to ignore any rumors. He also assured us that JB is behind EH 100%, and that he knows about our Campaign to get the show renewed. These are all very positive things, so let's all focus on that and keep up the Feedback to CBS to bring it back!
