Synopsis: After seeing a national news report that a boy's kidney tumor miraculously disappeared after the child drank from a natural spring in Minnesota, Dr. Jacob Hood rushes to the scene to debunk what he believes to be a fraudulent miracle cure.

When he and agent Young get there, there's is a run of termally ill people going to the spring. The owner of the land is selling the water at $40 a pop. Hood gets a sample and he discovers it is no ordinary water, it's genetically engineered for one purpose, and one purpose alone.

The people who engineered this "miracle" water don't like others bringing attention to their magnum opus however. When people start to end up dead Hood and Rachel know it's only a matter of time before it gets even more critical.
